Daniel is 36 years of age and is married to Faye with a 3-year old son and a recent addition to the family of another son born in March 2020. He has undertaken a year-long mentorship with Fielding Financial and as a sign of professionalism is working towards his AQA exam in property investment. He has been mentored by Eranga Gunawardena, who has been investing in property since 2003 with a range of experience from BTL and HMO through to new build construction.
Daniel has been a Physiotherapist for 11 years. This career has enabled him to be adept at communication, problem solving, goal setting and prioritisation, which will be transferred over to investor communication.
On the Fielding Financial Advanced Programme, Daniel has completed property investment courses including:
– Business Basics
– Core Finance
– Core Income
– Core Capital
He will have life-long access to seminars and presentations by experts in the field of property with up-to-date information on market, tax, licensing, and legislative changes.
Daniel is a member of the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA).
