Frank has experience and knowledge of over 12 years in single and HMO property let. This includes liaison with local authority placements and negotiation in replacing conventional deposits with a ‘council guarantee’ system.
Frank was lucky to retire early from full time employment aged 57 years. He is married and has two grown up children. Faye is his daughter.
He has experience in both single and HMO property ownership and landlord responsibilities over the past twelve (12) years. The single lets are in Bristol, Temple Meads and Maidenhead.
The HMO, also in Maidenhead, is licensed with the Local Authority for 14 rooms. The conversion of use of that property involved a Change of Use Planning Application before engaging in the licensing process. Frank has been continually involved in the day to day management of both the properties in Maidenhead, which has included advertisement for tenants, Assured Short Term (AST) tenancy contracts, deposits, Right to Rent and the application of all the mandatory regulations associated with private rental housing.
Frank is also a member of the NRLA.
