We at Mason Elias Properties aim to provide fixed rate returns on a monthly basis with your full investment paid back at the end of the agreed investment term. We also have our own money invested in each deal and manage our investment risks with due care and diligence.
How do we do it?
Our strategy is focused on completing in-depth research on our investment areas with attention to future signs of government and private infrastructure investment, rental demand, properties that we can add value to through refurbishment, extensions, or additional bedrooms. We also research on sold comparables, within a 0.5-mile radius of the proposed investment property, to provide us with evidence of post refurbishment valuation.

On selection of an appropriate property we deliver you our investor pack, which has full details on the proposal summary, executive summary, the property, financials, and local comparable houses/flats to identify realistic end values after refurbishment.
Our aim is for our investors to be fully informed of how their investment is being maximised and we encourage site visits alongside providing weekly updates on our projects for open and up-front communication.
